Policy
Ad quality and supply partners
1. How we source inventory
We contract directly with the property owner or its authorised seller. Every seller we represent is declared in our sellers.json, and we require our own entry in the publisher's ads.txt or app-ads.txt before traffic is enabled. Bundle IDs, store URLs and site domains must match the property they claim.
Every request we send carries a complete SupplyChain object. Where we receive a chain, we pass it on intact rather than rewriting it.
2. Reseller and rebroker policy
Rebrokered inventory is not accepted. A partner may resell only where it publishes its own sellers.json, declares its relationship to the property, and passes the chain it received. Undeclared intermediaries, mismatched seller types and incomplete chains are grounds for suspension without notice.
3. Made-for-advertising inventory
We do not accept sites or apps built primarily to serve advertising: pages whose ad density leaves no readable content, auto-refreshing placements, arbitraged traffic, or content assembled at scale to attract impressions rather than readers. Where we identify it in live supply we remove it and tell the buyer.
4. Prohibited creative categories
The following are not permitted on our supply, whatever the buyer's own policy allows elsewhere:
- Malware, cloaked redirects, forced downloads and cryptojacking.
- Deceptive claims: fake system alerts, fake close buttons, imitation of editorial or platform UI, and impersonation of a brand or public figure.
- Counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, weapons and human trafficking.
- Sexually explicit content and content sexualising minors.
- Misleading financial and health offers, including guaranteed returns and unapproved treatments.
- Hate speech, incitement to violence and harassment of a protected group.
- Auto-playing audio without user action, and creatives that break the page.
Regulated categories such as gambling, alcohol, dating, lending and pharmacy are carried only where the campaign is licensed for the market it targets and the publisher permits the category.
5. Invalid traffic
We monitor for general and sophisticated invalid traffic and remove supply that produces it. Incentivised, misdeclared and automated traffic are prohibited. Discrepancy and quality disputes are reconciled against our logs, and we share what our logs show rather than only our conclusion.
6. Reporting a creative or a source
Send the creative ID or the landing page, the bundle ID or domain where it ran, the timestamp with time zone, and a screen recording if you have one, to contact@omniad.ai. We acknowledge every report, block the creative while we investigate where the evidence supports it, and reply with what we found.
7. Enforcement
A first breach is raised with the partner and the offending creative or source is blocked. Repeated or deliberate breaches end the connection. We apply the same rules to demand and to supply, and to a large partner and a small one.
