The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") is the data protection law enforced by the European Union. OMNIAD AI LIMITED is fully committed to complying with GDPR and has designated an internal team, supported by legal and professional consultants, to ensure all required actions are taken to achieve and maintain compliance.

OMNIAD AI LIMITED only processes personal data to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR. We ensure there is an applicable lawful basis for any processing of EEA users' personal data and enter into data processing agreements with all relevant partners.

All documents, including agreements, privacy policies, online terms, and insertion orders, are reviewed for GDPR compliance. Our personnel and employees receive training on the GDPR, our data practices, and the importance of security.

We maintain accurate and accessible written records to the extent legally required, and provide these to supervisory authorities in a timely manner when requested.

In accordance with the GDPR, data subjects may exercise the following rights:

• The right to complain to a supervisory authority
