Terms
Draft — pending legal review
1. These terms
This website is operated by OmniAd, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. By using the site you accept these terms. Partner relationships are governed by a signed agreement; where it conflicts with this page, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Use of the site
Content on this site is provided for evaluation. Do not scrape, load test or attempt to access non-public endpoints. Trade marks and the OmniAd name remain ours.
3. No warranty on published figures
Specification values are accurate at publication and may change with notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of fill rate, yield, revenue or latency.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any contrary term in a signed partner agreement.
Supply partner terms
S1. Authorisation and inventory
You warrant that you own each property, or hold a direct contract permitting you to monetise it, and that you authorise OmniAd in ads.txt and, for apps, in app-ads.txt at the root of the developer domain shown in the store listing. If you resell, you publish a valid sellers.json and pass a complete SupplyChain object.
S2. Traffic quality
No incentivised, disguised, automated or misrepresented traffic. No pop-unders, forced redirects, hidden or stacked slots, or auto-refresh outside the disclosed interval. Bundle IDs, domains and content signals must be accurate.
S3. Reporting and reconciliation
Our logs are the basis for billing. Discrepancy claims must be raised within the window set in your signed agreement, with your own log evidence.
S4. Payment
Payment terms, settlement currencies, rails and minimum payout are set in your signed agreement. Amounts attributable to invalid traffic or policy breach may be withheld pending investigation.
S5. Suspension
We may suspend a connection immediately where we reasonably suspect invalid traffic, unauthorised inventory or a policy breach, and will tell you why.
Demand partner terms
D1. Bidding and clearing
Bids are binding at the cleared price returned in ${AUCTION_PRICE}. You are responsible for honouring the timeout in tmax and for the accuracy of creative declarations, including advertiser domain and category.
D2. Creative standards
No malicious code, no auto-redirect on load, no undisclosed data collection, no audio without user initiation. We honour bcat, badv and bapp and expect creatives to match what was declared.
D3. Data use
Bid request data may be used only to evaluate and serve that request and for reporting. No building of user profiles from requests you did not win unless expressly permitted in the signed agreement and the applicable consent signal allows it.
D4. Volume and stability
QPS is governed by the agreed ramp. We may throttle with HTTP 429 where error rates, timeout rates or bid malformation exceed the threshold set in your signed agreement.
D5. Payment
Invoicing terms are set in your signed agreement. Disputes must be raised within the window it specifies, with supporting logs.
