Our sub-processors
Draft — pending legal review
1. What this page covers
We engage third parties for hosting, serving, logging and standard business tooling. Each is bound by written terms no weaker than the ones we give our partners, processes data only on our instruction, and is used for a stated purpose rather than general access.
2. Current list
The named list is being finalised for publication and is available in the meantime on request from contact@omniad.ai. We will not list a vendor here until it is one we actually use.
3. How we notify changes
Partners under a Data Processing Addendum are told in writing before a sub-processor is added or replaced, with the name, purpose and processing location. A partner may object on reasonable data protection grounds, and where we cannot resolve the objection the affected processing can be terminated without penalty.
4. Transfers and safeguards
Where a sub-processor moves personal data out of the EEA or the UK, the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses and, for the UK, the International Data Transfer Addendum. Transfers from other jurisdictions rely on the mechanism that jurisdiction requires.
Questions about a specific vendor, region or safeguard go to contact@omniad.ai.
